This central role is synonymous for Forum Real Estate’s working method. As organizers, initiators and entrepreneurs, we strive for optimum results for our investors, shareholders and tenants.
Investments
Forum Real Estate Inc. has been an active investor and administrator for a number of years, alone as well as with participating parties. Forum Real Estate’s portfolio includes homes, shops, office buildings, recreational homes and so on. The properties are located all across The Netherlands as well as in a number of foreign countries.
Corporate Real Estate
Forum Real Estate Inc. works for a select group of companies only, in principle medium-sized and large corporations, as well as (semi-)gouvernmental bodies. We foresee a high demand for our products and expect to be serving at least 30 organisations from this group in the near future. We will always strive for a strong mutual commitment as well as the certainty that this commitment will lead to an optimum mutual benefit.
