The segment Other Real Estate is a blend of unique objects, most of which are exploitation oriented, for instance cinemas, recreational properties, ice-skating rinks, swimming pools, etc.The tradability of these objects is largely determined by the quality of the proprietor. In general, profits in this segment are higher than in the segments mentioned before.
