Housing accommodation is one of man’s primary needs. Investing in this sector in The Netherlands is, considering demographic developments such as population growth, a secure investment. The yield in the social segment however is regulated by our government, which limits the direct yield. Nonetheless, taking into account the value development during recent years, investing in this segment is still an appealing option for Forum Real Estate Inc..

In Poland, Forum Real Estate Inc. entered into a joint venture with a local entrepreneur. Under the name of Dupoin Property, which stands for Dutch Polish Investments, properties for Polish middle-class are being realized on a project basis.
